Le catalogue répertorie plus de 3000 ressources liées aux champs d’actions thématiques des deux organisations partenaires, parmi lesquels : sociologie de l’art et de la culture, politiques culturelles, mouvement coopératif, entrepreneuriat solidaire, économie sociale.
Une partie des ressources dite « vive » est directement accessible dans le centre de documentation, une autre partie est archivée.
Ce fonds documentaire multilingue regroupe des ouvrages scientifiques, des essais, des guides pratiques, des thèses, des revues, des dossiers, des publications sur supports numériques, ….
Toutes les ressources disponibles dans le centre de documentation sont en consultation libre sur place. L’emprunt n’est pas consenti. Photocopieuse disponible sur place pour la reproduction d’extraits.

The EENC was set up in 2010 at the initiative of Directorate-General for Education and Culture of the European Commission (DG EAC), with the aim of contributing to the improvement of policy development in Europe. It provides advice and support to DG EAC in the analysis of cultural policies and their implications at national, regional and European levels. The EENC involves 17 independent experts and is coordinated by Interarts and Culture Action Europe. For additional information see www.eenc.eu. The researchers would like to thank all those people who offered their invaluable opinions, content contributions and critique in support of this study. About the authors : Judith Staines is an experienced researcher and writer on European and Asian cultural cooperation issues, mobility and cultural policy and has contributed to a number of EU studies. She is the author of the IFACCA Report No. 40: Supporting international arts activity and the EENC Report Mapping Existing Studies on EU-China Cultural Relations. She is Editor of culture360.org, the cultural platform of the Asia-Europe Foundation. Colin Mercer is a former academic and now a freelance researcher and advisor with 25 years experience in the field of cultural policy and the creative economy in Asia, Australia, Europe, North America and Oceania. External cultural mobility expert Judith Staines was commissionaed by ON-AiR at the end of the project to conduct a final evaluation of the project and provide an independent report and analysis. The evaluation was carried out in March/April 2012 through a consultation process with the project leader and partners, using questionnaires, interviews and desk research.
Staines indicated the following achievements:
the activities were delivered as set out in the planned programme
the project objectives were achieved
there was a good level of response to the evaluation (communicative partners)
several extra activities took place (contributing to partner comments that the project exceeded their expectations)
new partnerships were formed (local, national, European)
the project management and financial coordination were particularly praised by partners
an extensive range of follow-up and spin-off activities are planned
a strong commitment to the network is expressed
there is a desire to work together in future
a range of future project lines have been brainstormed
